I walked over 320k steps in 30 days, thats over 150 miles in one month and My body has begun to transform! This NutraChallenge WORKS!!!To all the NutraChallenge Warriors doing this first 30Day challenge with me, you rock!!! In 30 days, I have much more energy, I lost 16 total lbs so far and we have walked over 150 miles each in that many days as well!
I loved having something to look forward to accomplishing every single day without having the pressure of looking up workouts or trying to measure miles and Apple rings. If I didn’t (for some reason or another) make my 10k steps one day, i had another chance the next day. It’s all about consistent daily activity for me and this was a helpful tool in training my mind to accomplish the activity every day. With a rigorous work/ school/ life- balance it is challenging to get consistent workouts in but I found this challenge is achievable. Thank you for putting this together! Great job on your challenge as well!
