Some say supplements are pointless because we should be getting our nutrients from the foods we eat… When I hear people say this I ask ok, what do you eat on a daily basis?

The proper way to eat for health and longevity in my opinion and Dr. Joel Furhman's opinion is a Nutratarian diet. This does leave room for your once per week delicious 8oz prime rib, lobster or cheesecake…
In fact if you choose to eat beef, buying grass fed and grass finished beef must now be our only option as all other commercially processed meat is laced with antibiotics which means we are micro dosing unknown antibiotics each time we eat commercial meat.
